I'm Melissa, and for the last 7 years as a gym floor PT and coach I have worked with 100s of people to help them stop dieting and start living.
I know how challenging it is to constantly want to look and feel different, to try your best and just not get there.
I've found my way with fitness and weight loss and now I want to help you do the same.

How RESET 12 works...
Coaching:
Check-ins every Monday so I can review your week, that way nothing is left to chance. I can make adjustments to your programme. We can make sure you're taking action.
Nutrition:
You get specific calorie and macronutrient targets based on your lifestyle and goals (ones that take into account your social/family life). This is based on my Flexi-Cal system (it's GOLD).
Workouts/Activity:
That suit your lifestyle, goals and preferences.
Progress:
You are NOT weighing yourself. Instead we do a 5 point progress review at week 1 - 6 -12.
What else?
Support. Accountability. Encouragement.
This happens throughout the week via WhatsApp. I'm in your corner, I'm cheering you on during your good weeks and then getting you through your bad ones.
FAQ
Is there a meal plan?
No. You don't need one, instead, we'll be addressing simple nutrition goals each week that I will monitor closely which is much more effective in the long run.
I'm going away on holidays, should I still sign up?
Yes of course. In fact, you're much more likely to come back off holiday feeling good, not having put on a load of weight and having to panic to get it back off.
Do I need a gym membership?
Not if you don't intent to use the gym. Your workouts will be based on your preferences and needs.
I'm worried about wasting my money if it doesn't work for me.
If I don't think coaching with me, is for you, I will tell you when you apply. It's not for everyone.
If you do sign up I can guarantee it will be worth every penny. In the long run it will save you money, you'll never have to buy into another slimming plan, diet or plan again. The best investment you'll ever make is in yourself.
