It is NOT a strict fat loss challenge but you will lose Ibs, create healthy habits and have an absolute hoot, what a way to end the year!

This is what it will look like:

Starting MONDAY NOVEMBER 20th For six weeks, taking you right up to NYE...

  • Weekly check-in for you to complete every MONDAY - this is where the magic happens, this is how we're going to set you up for a successful week every week. I'll be setting workout and simple nutrition targets. 

  • ​A private Sleigh The Season WhatsApp group for accountability, support, challenges and tom-foolery.

  • An app with home and gym workouts available plus progress tracking so you can see just how far you've come.

  • All the encouragement, support and enthusiasm you need from me. 

  • BONUS - If you complete every single check-in without fail - you'll get money off your first month of coaching if you join me in Jan! 

    This is NOT a fat loss challenge, there are no strict rules, no overwhelming targets or unrealistic standards.

I know that this time of year can be really challenging if you've got fat loss or fitness goals.
 
You've got parties, school plays, meals and nights out. 
Then when the big day has come and gone, it's very easy to write-off everything until the end of the year and 'start again' in January. 


I have spent the last 6 years helping my clients very successfully navigate the season of joy and mince pies, so I get it.

I'm here to help you lose fat, gain confidence and have a wonderful time doing it!

FAQ

Is there a meal plan? 
No. You don't need one, instead, we'll be addressing simple nutrition goals each week which is much more effective in the long run.

Do I need a gym membership?
No. There are gym or home workouts available. You can also do your own workouts. 

What is a check-in?
This is where the magic happens. A simple form every Monday that will set you up for the week ahead, allow you to reflect on last week and it's your chance to ask questions!

I'm going away for a week in the middle of it, can I still do it?
Yes of course you can, the workouts, the weekly targets, the mini challenges etc are all fully flexible to whatever your life looks like. Unless you're going completely off-grid. I may have to send your check-ins by carrier pigeon if that's the case.

Is there any 1-1 coaching involved?
No. This is so I can make it as accessible and as fairly priced as possible. That doesn't mean you miss out on me though - I'm actively in the group every day and will be doing a Q+A every week to answer all concerns and questions and coaching you as a group.

Make the last 6 weeks of the year count.
You deserve to end the year feeling your best, having enjoyed every minute of it and I want to help you do that.
